Endless Nomex felt for Heat Transfer Printing Machine Install suggestions
Thank you for using HK XINYUN--EAST felts.
Sometimes new felt will have some problems by improper installation,correct way
to install a new felt is very important.
Please follow below steps to install and debug:
1】Please take care of the Arrow direction on the felt when installing,this Arrow
must be the same of the moving direction of the felt.
2】Tense the felt [Tension from 1.5-2.5kg/cm], then adjust the machine's offset
compensator (Deviation adjustment device) slowly, ensure the felt can running
smoothly on the machine.
Noted:It's not allow to drag the felt to the other side before the machine running
stable,otherwise it will cause the felt one side is larger than the other side,easily
runs deviating and damaged.
3】Follow below temperature and time to heating the cylinder and felt,before
setting the machine in motion,apply heat to the cylinder with low temperature.
After the cylinder's throughly preheated and heated set,the felt is more durable
and can start to work.
4】The machine must keeps running, until the temperature of the cylinder fall
down to 80℃.
Below operation are prohibited:
Close the machine once the work completed.
Close the machine before the temperature drop to 80℃.
(Above ways will caused the felt burnt out ,shrink, distorted)
5】For subsequent star-ups after the machine haven't use for a long time,preheated
the felt under 180-200℃ for 2-3hours.(Especially in cold areas this step is very
important)
