The first is to find ways to improve the processing capacity of a single unit, such as a larger diameter and number of rollers, instead of repeatedly configuring too many inefficient ironing units to solve the problem of capacity. In order to overcome the problem of increased production operation and boiler heating time caused by the delay in ironing production, the calculation amount should be appropriately increased when the ironing machine capacity is configured.

The second is: through the configuration of high-efficiency high-speed cloth feeder, forced production cycle, try to minimize the gap between the linen during high-speed operation, it is best to control within 0.5 meters on average.

The third is: "Pressing priority" principle. For customers who have ironing quality, energy consumption and higher operational safety requirements, try to choose a flat ironing trough ironing machine. If there is a problem with low steam pressure, you can consider using a combined structure with fewer rolls and more grooves, or directly use a direct-fired trough ironer.

The fourth is the principle of "assessment of energy consumption ratio". The energy consumption ratio is the steam consumption per kg of moisture evaporated. This is a relative parameter that best reflects the performance level of the ironing machine, not just the absolute value. Even non-steam-heated ironing machines should be converted to parameters such as "kg / kcal" or "kg / kwh" for intuitive comparison under the same conditions.
